Are there any guidelines for on-site service?
An adult (18 years or older) must be on-site. We
must have access to the computer that is being
serviced.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, or a personal check with proper ID.

Is your
service guaranteed?
We guarantee all service center repairs for 120
days, on-site for 40 days, and telephone support
for 10 days. Please contact us within the time
period stated above if there was a problem with
your service and we will correct the problem.

What is the FREE pick-up and delivery service?
A CompTech will come to your home or office and
disconnect your computer for you. He or she will
then take the computer to your local service
center to perform the service. There is no
additional charge for pick-up and delivery
service. In-store
prices apply.

Our services are available 24 hours a day 7 days
a week. Just call us at 1-888-881-COMP (2667).
Service center hours may vary, please contact
local service center for exact hours of
operation. Extra charges may apply for emergency
service or service outside of normal operating

Do you have a
helicopter?
Although a helicopter would be great to have, we
decided that there really would not be any
practical application for it and we would rather
not pass that cost on to our customers.
