Job Description:

The Project Analyst will participate as a senior level administrative analyst, compiling, typing and editing periodic reports, letters, memos, proposals, manuals and cost estimates from copy or rough draft. The analyst will integrate text and graphics to format cohesive presentations, use word processing application programs to produce reports, briefings and graphical enhancements, prepare spread- sheets, PowerPoint presentations, special reports, summaries or replies to inquiries using relevant data from other reports and documents, and will review material prepared for supervisor’s approval for typographical accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, composition and format.

Additionally, the Project Analyst will:

  • Process customer responses to project Funding Renewal packages reviewing and preparing acceptances for receiving and returning funding, and entering and uploading EMS customer funding documents
  • Link customer funding documents to appropriate assets and notify customers when funding levels have dropped below acceptable levels
  • Review automated expense and revenue reports for accuracy and manually create goods receipts and sales orders as necessary
  • Research and resolve billing errors
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to obtain funding or answer questions
  • Create, update and retire assets in support of newly awarded contracts and maintenance of existing contracts
  • Upload contractual documentation to the Enterprise Business System (EBS) and ensure that the Asset Master Report (AMR) is 100% accurate at all times
  • Prepare bulk uploads for mass updates to the EBS system
  • Research and reconcile contracts as necessary to assist the Government Contract Specialist in support of ongoing device management and create and maintain spreadsheets for funding, billing, and expense tracking

Minimum Qualifications:
Five (5) years or more:
Expertise with the following programs:
• Word
• Excel
• Power Point

Experience with DoD budget and funding practices

Experience with Asset Tracking processes

Highly attentive to detail

College Degree Preferred

Security Clearance Requirement:
Public Trust
